Their dark brown interiors are full of character, and they are popular stops for a "pilsje" (drought beer), a "jenever" (Dutch gin) and a plate of raw herring of fried mussels.

From Schiphol International Airport: Take the A4 towards Amsterdam to A10. Follow A10 towards exit S106 (Osdorp). At end of exit, follow signs to Centrum. Then follow signs towards Central Station. Hotel Manofa is located on Damrak, number 47.
